The Philadelphia Business Journal has named Promptworks as one of its 2016 Best Places to Work in Philadelphia.
This is Promptworks’ third recognition awarded by PBJ, having also been named as one Philadelphia’s 2016 Top 20 Software Development Companies and 2016 Top 50 Tech Employers.
The Philadelphia Business Journal partnered with Quantum Market Research to tabulate thousands of surveys from Philadelphia employees to establish its Best Places to Work list. Employees rated their companies on work environment, personal growth, professional development, work-life balance, and more in their surveys.
“We are proud of the work environment we have created for our employees, and are honored to be named on PBJ’s 2016 Best Places to Work list. We believe in open communication throughout the company, and understand how important it is to allow employees to continue to grow and build upon their skills,” said CEO Greg Sterndale. Promptworks encourages employees to use 25% of their work time learning new technologies and languages; working on presentations and open-source projects; and actively participating in Philadelphia’s growing tech community through meetups, conferences, and more. Because of this, we have some of the best senior software engineering talent in Philadelphia.
By creating a supportive and engaging work environment, we are able to be one of the best software development contractors in the area. We look forward to many more years of helping clients build lasting software to continue growing their companies.
